The Samsung Portable SSD T9, which had been leaked a few weeks ago, is now officially unveiled for the Indian market. This drive offers lightning-fast performance with a maximum capacity of 4TB and a range of impressive features.
Compared to the previous T7 model, the Portable SSD T9 offers nearly double the speed, boasting read/write speeds of up to 2,000 MB/s. It utilizes the 20Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 interface, capable of transferring a 4GB Full HD video in approximately 2 seconds.
In essence, the T9 is an ideal external SSD for content creators seeking rapid and dependable storage. Samsung highlights its exceptional sustained write performance, indicating that the T9 can be directly connected to 8K or 12K cameras for seamless usage.

Samsung provides a five-year limited warranty for the Portable SSD T9, which features a rugged design capable of withstanding cold, heat, and shock. The drive also incorporates Dynamic Thermal Guard technology to prevent performance degradation due to overheating.
The T9 can function in temperatures ranging from 0-60 degrees Celsius and endure temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius when not in operation. It is compatible with various platforms, including Windows, macOS, Android, video game consoles, and high-resolution cameras.
